// When fall is coming our way we often become down and a bit depressed. I have gathered my favorite tips to stay motivated trough the darkest months!
1. Work out
Okey toushé I know but we all feel good of working out and having routines. It does not have to be all about working out 6 times every week but just try to fit in one or two sessions every week and you will notice the difference I swear. You will gain so much more energy! My best tip to get it done is to simply find a gym that you like and book a class on sunday before to upcoming week. Then all you have to do is go to the gym, do as the instructor says and then you are done.
2. Go on dates
It does not matter if you are in a long relationship or super single it is always fun going on dates. Put yourself out there and dare to go meet new people for a coffee, lunch or a glas of wine in the darkness that fall brings. It's easy to just stay inside and complain over the fact that fall is boring. That needs to change!
3. Treat yourself
The absolute best thing with fall is the fall fashion. Layering, knits and accessories. I have for example treated myself with a new watch by the newly launched brand Carl Edmond that is my new favorite watch. They have lots of beautifully designed watches with great quality for a good price. You should definitely check them out and you can find my new watch HERE. How nice?
4. Book a trip
Even though I am writing a list on how to get through fall I know that a human being is not ment to not see the sun for this many months. Therefore you should if you have the possibilities book a trip to the sun that you can look forward to. If you book in time you also tend to get the trip for a much better price.
5. Make a change
Fall = new beggings
Changes are to me super important to develop as a person. See the fall as an opperatunity to make these changes. It can be about fixing the apartment, change your hair color, start a new job or start a fun hobby on your spare time. That difference gives you so much and does not have to take that much time, money or energy. I have for example put in extensions and changed my hair color but it can truly be anything.
